Good idea, run the bugger on chip fat or kerosene, saves giving all your money to gordon brown.

that looks suspiciously like a lawnmower

you are allowed 25000 litres of bio / vegfuel tax free now - im looking at straight veg oil conversions mainly - then its only 50p a litre and seeing as its diesel im getting about 90mpg so if i was putting petrol in id be getting 180mpg - now we are talking... with my miles a year it will add up good and big brother of mine - it would mow your lawn in 2 strips - you're only envious

is that tesco value veg oil? And whilst it may well do my lawn in two strips it would also take a week to get to london centre from your house on.

as far as i am aware if the engine is not high pressure injection, i dont think it would be, then there is no conversion to do, just filter the old veg oil from your local chip shop and mix with 25% derv, and bobs your aunties live in lover, the high presure systems cant cope with the viscocity of veg oil, ie it cant pimp it quick enough cos its thick, i know im right as i ran my g reg escort estate on nothing but,, not too sure if its legal mind

sumo- 12-05-2007

hey spindle - im wanting to do a straight veg oil conversion - means no mixing fuel. but the oil needs to be heated to same viscosity as diesel to make it pump ok and ignite proppery - still got some reading to do but looks pretty good so far in principle

and therefore i salute you, hope it all works out, am sure it will, you crazy dog
