been way too busy at work to get time to work on the Indian, managed to get a few hours in the lock up last weekend and got a bit of progress. A bit of a change of plan, I got hold of an Indian tranny and rebuilt it, Ive shelved the Triumph 4 speed box until I can get time to do the machining work on the pulleys. Dry fitted the primary and got the footboard mounts and clutch lever fitted to fix the final seating position
