'New' Vincent Black Shadow Not some licensed modern guff that some Americans have bought. This bike is featured in one of this months Classic Bike magazines. Its a brand new O7 registered Vincent Black Shadow built by the Vincent Owners club from its stock of parts. It is absolutely fucking incredible I shit you not and I urge anyone with even the vaguest interest in Vincent to seek out the article.
Anyone who was utterly offended by the use of the Vincent engine in Matt Hotchs grotesque chopper will feel altogether much happier about the use of vintage Vincent parts in this project.
The bike is gonna be auctioned, but only amongst Vincent Owners Club members, so even if any of us could afford it we simply dont qualify.

Oh good work, put me down for a tenner.
Actually I wonder what something like this would go for ? £ 40K ?

I'm sure it would be much happier in may garage, wouldn't feel threatened by a hard ass 45, would just have stocker sporty to laugh at... hehe.
Will have to chase that one up.
If the article goes online, someone hook me up with the link!
P.S - Sorry havn't been around much recently guys.

I heard some time back that cases etc were going to be re made, also the girdraulic forks were in production, but didn't realise the yanks had actually pulled it off.. respect 8) , got to hand to our American brothers, they don't let much become insurmountable
Sadly, the bikes no longer in the family < > but the last bike my father built for himself was a black shadow 'bobber' . Although he tended to look down on Harley's begrudgingly, he couldn't stop admiring the attributes of the fxs i had at the time, that is low seat & what not..
